Creamy carrot soup

  • Carrots: 500g
  • Vegetable broth: ½ cube
  •  Délice de Truffe: 1 tablespoon


  1. Peel and chop carrots.
  2. Put in a saucepan with ½ cube of vegetable broth and cover with water.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Puree soup with a blender and add 1 tablespoon of Délice de Truffe.
