Roucoulons Horn of Plenty

Ingredients ( Serves: 6)
- 1 Roucoulons
- 100g de faisselle (fresh cheese)
- 1 tin of trout roe (trout eggs)
- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- Sichuan pepper
- Cut the Roucoulons into small pieces and place in the mixer with the faisselle, and incorporate delicately the trout roe.
- Then add the pepper.
- Place one spoon of the mixture on a slice of smoked salmon and roll into a cornet
