Ingredients ( Serves: 6)

  • 1 Roucoulons
  • 100g de faisselle (fresh cheese)
  • 1 tin of trout roe (trout eggs)
  • 6 slices of smoked salmon
  • Sichuan pepper


  1. Cut the Roucoulons into small pieces and place in the mixer with the faisselle, and incorporate delicately the trout roe.
  2. Then add the pepper.
  3. Place one spoon of the mixture on a slice of smoked salmon and roll into a cornet
