Ingredients ( Serves: 4)

  • 2 pounds baking potatoes
  • 1 pot of Délice de Truffe
  • pepper
  • Utensil: 1 potato masher


  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain.
  3. Using a potato masher, slowly blend the potatoes with Délice de Truffe.
  4. Season with pepper to taste.
