QUALITY & ENVIRONMENT

Our politic of quality is particularly strong in the Fromagerie Milleret. We initiated a long time ago and we have put a lot of efforts upgrading it constantly. We garantee a maximum and permanent level of quality on all of our products, all year long.

Quality tests happen during the whole process of cheese-making: milking and collecting, milk treatment, production, packing, storage, etc... And keep happening through the retail chain.

We realize over 350 analysis in our own laboratory, located in the factory itself.

The Fromagerie Milleret is fully certified ISO9001 currently moving to IFS-BRC certification.

The environment has always been a big concern to us: we come from here and we wish to preserve nature as well as leading industrial activities. The environment was hugely considered when we built the factory back in the 90's. We use non-polluting energies, station of purification (effluent treatment), management of wastings, etc.... We are under the certification ISO 14001 (environment management).
