CHEESE MANUFACTURE

The Fromagerie Milleret is a specialist of soft-ripened cheese.

We collect milk with our own float of tankers. No intermediary. Our supplying farms are located in an area of 100Km around the factory. Our regional dimension in terms of milk supply allows us to garantee an excellent follow up on all suppliers. We make sure farms respect the schedule of conditions.


Production is entirely handled by our services, in Charcenne. Our production tool is at the top of cheese-manufacture technology. We optimize the management of the raw material and we garantee a constant level of quality.

Every year our production goes up to 5,400 tons of soft-ripened cheese, which means around 25 million pieces. Our range of products is retailed in all major french stores and groceries nationwide. We also export in Europe and Canada.
