OUR TRUE STORY ! Let's go back in 1921, in the region of Franche-Comté. Henri Milleret starts the cheese factory in a small chapel outside his village of Charcenne, in Haute-Sâone, between the river and the vineyards. In these times, only does he deal with a dozen litres of milk a day to make cheese of the camembert type.
Since then, his
children, Pierre et Jacques, and now his grand-children have been
busy growing the activity of the company, still belonging at 100% to
the family. They now work in a modern factory, combining technology
and tradition as it was built in the original village of Charcenne.
Strong values that have helped build this success remain : passion,
know-how, rigour, as well as simplicity, sharing, being close of our
ground and roots.
